Great pool areas. Nice that the room was cleaned every day which I did not expect.
Breakfast was good but it was concerning that a lot of the food is left out uncovered. There were long waiting times for fresh made omellettes. There were not enough lifts and there were long waiting times for check in.

The noise levels could be a real issue at night given how thin the walls are!!! Room layout needs improvement, as the cramped space doesn't offer much comfort at all!!!

We didn't have time, but we would return there. This was a lovely stay of 7 nights. The breakfast food, especially fruit, eggs and bangers was brilliant. Stunning very central location short walk to beach, Benidorm, and restaurants bars. It also was in the centre.

Benidorm bliss 🎉
Had such a lekker time chilling at the pool, really massive spot that never felt packed, even with loads of guests around. Staff were super friendly, even got some laughs with the reception chommies! The brekkie spread was on point, with fresh fruit and pastries every morning.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, its central to the beach,shopping ,and the excellent nightlife.Breakfasts were excellent, too.I enjoyed my stay so much that I plan to go back again next year.
